    In this rigorous straightening process, protein bonds within the hair are broken down with a straightening solution and then smoothed with a flat iron into a straight position. Hair is neutralizes with a second solution to stabilize the PH level and minimize damage.
    It is best for strong-curly hair. After Japanese straightening, hair will remain straight until it naturally grows out (about 5-6 months).
    Japanese straightening rejuvenated hair, but it is still chemical process and is not recommended for severely damaged (bleached) hair or for woman who are pregnant.
